Welcome to Handdy (handdy.shop), a UK sole trader business operated from 5 St Swithun's Rd, Portsmouth, PO2 0QX. By using our site, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products Handdy sells handmade dog accessories, including collars and related items. As each item is handmade, minor natural variations in colour or texture may occur between the photos and the item you receive.

2. Pricing All prices are listed in GBP (£). As a small sole trader, Handdy is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and will notify you before processing an order affected by one.

3. Orders and payment Payment is taken securely via PayPal at checkout. By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (e.g. if an item is unexpectedly out of stock).

4. Delivery We currently ship to UK addresses only. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual property All content on handdy.shop — including product photos, text, and design — belongs to Handdy and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, Handdy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products, except where liability cannot legally be excluded (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
