At Handdy, every collar and accessory is handmade with care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's how returns and refunds work.
Your right to cancel Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.
Returning an item You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it to us. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Please contact us at support@handdy.shop before sending anything back, so we know it's coming

Who pays return shipping?
- If you've simply changed your mind, you're responsible for the cost of returning the item.
- If the item arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't as described, we'll cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know by email whether it's approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original PayPal payment method within 14 days.
Damaged or faulty items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours at support@handdy.shop with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
