What materials do you use? We currently make collars in three materials: waterproof Biothane, full-grain leather, and heavy-duty woven nylon. Each has different strengths — Biothane is fully waterproof and easy to wipe clean, leather develops a natural patina over time, and nylon webbing is built for durability and everyday wear.
How do I know what size to order? [We'll need to add actual sizing info here once neck-measurement ranges are confirmed — e.g. "Our collars fit neck sizes X–Ycm. Measure your dog's neck snugly, adding two fingers' width for comfort."]
Do your collars come in multiple sizes? Currently, each collar style is available in one size. If you're unsure whether it'll fit your dog, feel free to email us your dog's neck measurement before ordering.
How do I care for my collar?
- Biothane: Wipe clean with a damp cloth — no conditioning needed.
- Leather: Wipe clean and keep dry when possible; leather will naturally darken and soften with use.
- Nylon: Machine or hand wash with mild soap, air dry.
Where do you ship? We currently ship to UK addresses only, with free shipping on all orders. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days via Royal Mail Tracked.
